WEEZCUP operates exclusively as a software platform for bracket generation and
tournament management. WEEZCUP does not own, manage, or supervise physical sports
venues, match referees, or financial arrangements between tournament organizers
and players.
By accessing WEEZCUP or participating in any tournament registered on our
platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue
platform usage immediately.
Tournament organizers are solely responsible for event execution, venue safety,
referee accuracy, prize money distribution, and setting entry fee policies.
WEEZCUP assumes no responsibility for organizer misrepresentation, unpaid
payouts, or match disputes.
Under no circumstances shall WEEZCUP, its founders, developers, or affiliates be
held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential
damages, including but not limited to:

Personal physical injuries, accidents, or health incidents occurring at
tournament venues.

Financial losses, refund disputes, or unfulfilled prize promises between players
and organizers.

Loss of data, bracket corruption, or internet downtime during live scoring.
All tournament registration payments (whether processed directly via the organizer
or routed via our integrated payment gateways) are strictly non-refundable through
WEEZCUP. All refund requests must be mediated directly with the event Organizer.
5.1 Platform Service Fee. For tournaments on our Premium tier, WEEZCUP charges a platform service fee on each paid entry. Our standard default is 10% of the entry fee, capped at ₱100 per entry. Free-tier tournaments carry no platform service fee.
5.2 Fee Arrangements May Vary — These Terms Apply to Whichever Arrangement Is in Effect. The percentage, cap, or flat-fee amount above is WEEZCUP's standard default only. Because organizers, venues, and volumes differ, WEEZCUP may agree to a different fee structure with a specific Organizer — for example, a flat per-entry rate instead of a percentage, or a different percentage or cap — by individual arrangement. These Payment Terms apply in full to whatever payment or fee arrangement is actually in effect for your account, whether the standard default above or an individually agreed rate. Your applicable rate is shown in your Organizer Dashboard.
5.3 Online Payments & Escrow. Entry fees paid online through our integrated payment gateway are collected and held on the Organizer's behalf ("escrow") until the platform service fee is settled and the remaining balance is released to the Organizer.
5.4 Manual & Walk-In Entries. Cash or manually recorded entries are not processed through our payment gateway. The Organizer is solely responsible for collecting and safeguarding those funds directly, and remains responsible for the platform service fee owed on those entries under the arrangement described above. WEEZCUP may, at its discretion, require a minimum amount of online-paid escrow before manual entries can be added to a tournament.
5.5 Settlement. Release of the Organizer's net escrow balance is arranged directly between WEEZCUP and the Organizer. Figures shown in the Organizer Dashboard are estimates as of the time viewed and are not a guarantee of a fixed payout schedule.
5.6 Non-Refundable. As set out elsewhere in these Terms, all registration payments are non-refundable through WEEZCUP; refund requests must be mediated directly with the Organizer.
5.7 Changes. WEEZCUP may update these Payment Terms, or an individual Organizer's fee arrangement, from time to time. Continued use of the platform after such a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
