bracket generation and tournament management. Neither WEEZCUP nor Skedna
Technologies owns, manages, or supervises physical sports venues, match referees,
or financial arrangements between tournament organizers and players.
By accessing WEEZCUP or participating in any tournament registered on our
platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue
platform usage immediately.
Tournament organizers are solely responsible for event execution, venue safety,
referee accuracy, prize money distribution, and setting entry fee policies.
WEEZCUP and Skedna Technologies assume no responsibility for organizer
misrepresentation, unpaid payouts, or match disputes.
Under no circumstances shall WEEZCUP, Skedna Technologies, its founders,
developers, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Personal physical injuries, accidents, or health incidents occurring at
tournament venues.

Financial losses, refund disputes, or unfulfilled prize promises between players
and organizers.

Loss of data, bracket corruption, or internet downtime during live scoring.
All tournament registration payments (whether processed directly via the organizer
or routed via our integrated payment gateways) are strictly non-refundable through
WEEZCUP. All refund requests must be mediated directly with the event Organizer.
